Responsibilities and Duties

- Greet and escort guests, provide menu recommendations, and attend to customer inquiries - Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen, and serve dishes promptly - Handle special dietary requests and ensure guest satisfaction - Prepare tables, maintain cleanliness, and perform opening/closing duties - Refill drinks, clear dishes, and restock supplies - Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations - Address customer feedback and escalate issues when needed - Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

- No experience required; experience in Chinese cuisine preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of Chinese food culture and menu terminology is an advantage
