Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Pastry Chef during service to ensure quality and timing of dessert items * Prepare and present pastries to meet company standards in taste, texture, and presentation * Follow recipes and ingredient guidelines as directed by senior chefs * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the pastry station * Communicate improvements and challenges within the section to the team * Take responsibility for ensuring all pastry items meet established standards

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or higher qualification in Pastry, Bakery, or related field * 3–5 years of relevant experience in pastry within restaurants or hotels * Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills * Positive attitude, professional, and passionate about pastry arts * Able to work weekends and public holidays * Immediate starters preferred
