Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu design, recipe innovation, and ingredient sourcing. * Prepare and cook a range of authentic Italian dishes, ensuring impeccable presentation and flavor. * Guide and develop junior kitchen staff, providing constructive feedback and fostering their culinary skills. * Manage kitchen operations during service, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards. * Maintain a pristine and organized kitchen, strictly following all food safety and hygiene protocols. * Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stock control, as needed. * Address customer inquiries and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience as a Cook or Chef, ideally within an Italian culinary setting. * Formal culinary education or relevant certifications are advantageous. * Solid understanding of Italian culinary traditions, cooking methods, and food safety principles. * Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment. * Creative culinary mindset with a keen eye for detail. * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
