Store Manager (Candy Store)

Responsibilities and Duties

- Handle store opening duties: report opening cash, verify up-to-date price tags, set daily sales targets using sales logs, and monitor CCTV positions. - Manage store security by enforcing theft prevention measures for both external and internal risks. - Conduct bag checks and ensure strict adherence to proper cash management protocols. - Generate and submit daily KPI and inventory reports prior to store closure. - Supervise store closing tasks, including housekeeping, reporting of daily sales, and performing banking cash procedures. - Report operational updates, sales performance, and incidents to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or store management. - Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to operational detail. - Familiarity with retail security and cash management procedures. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Customer-oriented attitude with enthusiasm for trendy retail concepts.
