Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. * Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, uncover new opportunities, and gain deep insights into customer preferences. * Define and oversee the brand's positioning to ensure consistent messaging and a strong brand identity across all touchpoints. * Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. * Digit Drive impactful digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and content marketing strategies. * Spearhead the launch of new products and seasonal promotions, creating compelling marketing campaigns to generate excitement and drive sales. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign performance data to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. * Utilize data analytics to refine marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and maximize return on investment. * Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing the return on investment for each marketing initiative.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry. * Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, market research, and data analysis. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire teams. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
