This role is vital for ensuring the highest quality standards across all research projects. The Research Audit Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and client satisfaction by independently planning and executing rigorous audit programs. This position requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Independently design and execute research audit programs to ensure data quality and adherence to established protocols. *Rigorously assess vendor compliance with quality control procedures, identifying any deviations or inconsistencies. *Conduct thorough checks during project setup to minimize potential errors and ensure smooth project execution. *Observe data collection processes to verify adherence to established methodologies and identify any irregularities. *Utilize analytical tools like Excel and SPSS to analyze data quality, identify interviewer behavior patterns, and detect data inconsistencies. *Document audit findings accurately, objectively, and timely in comprehensive reports. *Conduct thorough investigations into any identified irregularities or errors to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions. *Clearly and effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders, including clients. * Assist in identifying and consolidating best practices observed across the market research industry to enhance overall quality and efficiency. *Willingly undertake other tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. * Possess a strong analytical mind with a keen interest in data analysis and problem-solving. *Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on process improvement. *Highly observant with the ability to identify subtle nuances and peculiarities in data and processes. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey audit findings and recommendations to diverse audiences. *Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. *Proficient in using Excel for data analysis, including functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. Experience with statistical software like SPSS is a plus. *Prior experience in the market research industry is considered a significant advantage.
