Marketing Manager

Description

A rapidly expanding organization is seeking a Marketing Manager to establish and lead marketing efforts within the Southeast Asia (SEA) market. This individual will be the primary marketing resource for the region, responsible for building the marketing function from the ground up. The focus will be on product launches as the company secures approvals for its product line across SEA. While global headquarters will provide some support, the role requires strong regional market knowledge.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement product promotion strategies and brand communication plans that align with business objectives and market conditions, overseeing marketing materials and brand image management. * Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to create actionable reports and collaborate with sales teams to optimize market resources through research and training tools. * Establish and maintain relationships with medical institutions, pharmacies, and industry associations to increase product adoption and usage within target customer groups.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree. * Relevant marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry. * Regional marketing experience in Southeast Asia is preferred. * Fluency in Chinese is preferred for internal and external communication.
