Responsibilities and Duties

* Promote the brand through advertising and PR activities, adhering to established brand guidelines. * Develop promotional materials, such as informational packages for events, tours, and meetings. * Update website content as required. * Assist with media inquiries, organize press briefings, contribute to PR activities, and track media coverage. * Identify and address factors affecting brand image. * Manage all social media interactions, including responding to online feedback. * Support promotional events and special initiatives, maintaining the relevant schedules. * Liaise with vendors for promotional items and the development of marketing resources. * Facilitate effective communication and engagement strategies. * Contribute to productive teamwork within the marketing department. * Support the implementation of marketing campaigns. * Perform market research to inform marketing strategies. * Contribute to initiatives for improving existing processes. * Promote sustainable business practices by advocating for environmentally responsible actions. * Establish and maintain relationships to build trust with guests. * Stay informed about current industry trends and developments. * Maintain a professional demeanor and emotional intelligence to effectively manage personal performance and contribute positively to the team. * Manage and ensure the accuracy of online information. * Monitor social media channels and online reputation. * Contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience. * Develop and prepare sales and marketing tools and materials. * Create, receive, and respond to public relations communications. * Document project procedures and results. * Address and resolve customer or guest issues. * Utilize basic negotiation skills in interactions with vendors and partners. * Apply revenue management principles to marketing strategies. * Generate reports on marketing and public relations activities.
