MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Description

This role focuses on planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing online and media platforms, creating marketing materials, handling leads, and providing regular reports. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and creative skills, as well as the ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Plan marketing campaigns and schedules for upcoming promotions and product awareness initiatives. * Manage the organization's online and media platforms, developing creative advertisements for various channels (e.g., social media, websites, online marketplaces) and creating marketing blasts for all departments, including outside of standard business hours. * Develop artwork and create media materials for events and special occasions. * Write engaging copy for advertising materials used across various platforms. * Assign leads promptly (ideally within an hour, including outside of standard business hours) within the CRM system to sales personnel and follow up on lead status. * Manage all incoming inquiries via email, messaging apps, social media, and phone calls. * Prepare weekly marketing reports for each department. * Perform other related tasks as assigned by management. * Assign all leads/enquiries received during weekends within one hour.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least two years of relevant professional experience in a related field. * Bilingual proficiency. * At least a Diploma level qualification. * Effective communication skills.
