Description
New opening Japanese Yo-shoku restaurant Around 80 pax of capacity
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - High commitment to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service - Provide exceptional customers service and ensure a positive dining experience - Take customer orders accurately and relate them to the kitchen in a timely manner - Prepare simple food and beverage items, such as drinks, parfaits, and other desserts, as needed - Adhere to all food safety and health regulations - Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service. - Cashiering duties and other ad-hoc duties - Positive working attitude - Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
Qualifications and Requirements
-Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, with preference given to those with experience in Japanese F&B. -Quality-driven and customer-centric mindset, dedicated to providing exceptional service and experiences. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. -Willingness to work 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational requirements.
