Description

We are looking for a committed HR Manager to head our Human Resources department and actively support our organization's mission. The HR Manager will be instrumental in shaping the company culture, offering strategic HR guidance to senior management, and overseeing all aspects of HR services and operations. Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate closely with senior management to identify HR needs and implement effective hiring and retention strategies. * Lead the annual performance appraisal process, offering guidance and support to managers in evaluating and improving employee performance. * Recommend and oversee compensation and benefits programs that align with best market practices, as well as manage payroll and other HR administrative functions. * Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that comply with employment laws and align with organizational values and goals. * Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance management. * Execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * At least 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, including supervisory experience. * In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills. * Detail-oriented, analytical, and possess effective problem-solving abilities. * Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments. * Ability to start work on short notice is a plus.
