Responsibilities and Duties

* Direct and oversee all food production and related kitchen activities. * Develop innovative and appealing menus, balancing creativity with quality and consistency. * Conduct final inspections and refine dishes before they are served to guests. * Strategically plan and order necessary equipment and ingredients, addressing any supply gaps. * Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs for kitchen equipment. * Address and resolve any kitchen-related issues or deficiencies promptly. * Lead the recruitment, supervision, and development of kitchen personnel. * Monitor and guide the work of kitchen staff, providing constructive feedback. * Calculate and manage staff workloads and compensation, ensuring fair distribution. * Maintain accurate records of payroll and attendance. * Ensure strict adherence to all nutritional, sanitary, and safety guidelines. * Cultivate a collaborative and respectful atmosphere among kitchen team members.

Qualifications and Requirements
