We are looking for Kitchen Crew / Cooks to join a Japanese dining outlet at VivoCity. The role involves preparing and cooking menu items, maintaining food quality and presentation, and supporting smooth kitchen operations. Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and taste standards * Assist with food preparation, cutting, portioning, and plating * Support inventory checks and proper storage of ingredients * Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations * Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies * Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times * Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

* Prior experience in a kitchen or F\&B environment preferred * Passion for cooking and interest in Japanese cuisine * Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety * Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
