Responsibilities and Duties
* Standard Implementation: Act as a direct link between corporate culinary leadership and our outlets to implement and execute operational standards, policies, and expectations. * Operational Management: Be constantly involved in all phases of daily operations at assigned outlets. Ensure equipment and sanitation standards are met, supplies and inventories are available, and recipes are current. * Financial Control: Take responsibility for the proper and profitable functioning of assigned outlets, ensuring expenses and purchases remain within budget limits. * Training and Development: Conduct monthly training sessions and guide new employees, fostering their career growth within the outlets. * Staff Management: Monitor staff schedules, transfers, overtime, and leave plans. Conduct staff appraisals to support performance and professional development. * Communication & Reporting: Attend weekly meetings with the culinary leadership team to discuss future plans and review ongoing action plans.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A minimum of a Diploma qualification is required. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, with a focus on culinary operations. * Proficient in both oral and written English. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. * A pleasant, dynamic personality with an absolute "can do" attitude. * Willingness to rotate and work at different outlets based on business demands.
