* Establish clear performance targets and deadlines, aligning with organizational goals, and effectively communicate them to team members. * Streamline work processes and ensure all employees grasp their responsibilities and assigned tasks. * Track team productivity, offering constructive feedback and guidance to enhance performance. * Address and resolve customer or employee grievances promptly and professionally. * Maintain accurate employee attendance and personnel records. * Facilitate clear communication between upper management and team members. * Generate and submit comprehensive performance reports. * Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. * Enforce adherence to legal regulations and company policies, taking appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.

* Verifiable experience in a supervisory or similar leadership position. * A professional and personable demeanor. * Availability to work weekends and public holidays. * Flexibility to work night shifts and split shifts.
