Description
We are seeking a Western Sous Cook / Chef to support daily food production and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency. Responsibilities and Duties
* Prepare food according to established specifications, recipes, and presentation standards * Maintain stock inventory and ensure proper storage of all products with accurate labeling * Conduct daily checks and record food temperature monitoring * Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized at all times * Handle kitchen equipment properly and report any malfunctions promptly * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety practices * Report incidents, equipment issues, or performance concerns to higher management * Comply with grooming and appearance standards * Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen operations
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Western kitchen or similar environment * Knowledge of food hygiene and safe kitchen practices * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining standards * Team player with good communication and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
