Qualifications and Requirements

- At least 10 years of experience in retail or shop management, preferably in beauty or lifestyle sectors. - Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. - Proven ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and performance analysis. - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced retail environment.
