Description

This position is responsible for a range of human resources tasks, encompassing payroll processing, employee data management, talent acquisition, absence administration, onboarding and offboarding procedures, HR documentation, responding to employee inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance, generating reports, and managing foreign worker permits. The ideal candidate will be meticulous and highly organized, possessing strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time. - Maintain precise records of employee information, including personal details, attendance, and leave accruals. - Manage the recruitment cycle, including advertising open positions, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews. - Manage employee leave requests and maintain accurate leave records. - Facilitate the integration of new employees and the departure of exiting employees. - Prepare and manage essential employment-related paperwork. - Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures. - Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and organizational regulations. - Generate HR reports and contribute to data analysis efforts. - Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of foreign worker permits.
