We are hiring a skilled Demi Chef / Chef de Partie (Pastry) to join a dynamic Italian rooftop restaurant team. Responsibilities and Duties
* Assist Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef during service to ensure smooth pastry operations * Prepare and present desserts with consistent taste, presentation, and portion standards * Follow recipes and techniques to maintain quality and ingredient consistency * Take ownership of station cleanliness, readiness, and organization * Communicate with the team on improvements and challenges in the pastry section * Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s high standards of quality
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum 3–4 years of pastry or kitchen experience * Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality food presentation * Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic * Passionate, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment * Creative, results-oriented, and committed to excellence * Able to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts * Immediate starters preferred
