* Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and excellence. * Manage your assigned kitchen station efficiently, maintaining a smooth workflow and timely service. * Assist in ordering and managing supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste. * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, adhering to all food safety regulations. * Ensure all food is served at the correct temperature and presented to company standards. * Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to maintain operational efficiency and quality. * Monitor and control raw material usage and portion sizes to ensure consistency and cost-effectiveness. * Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the head chef or senior staff. * Implement proper stock rotation practices to minimize food waste and ensure freshness. * Adhere to high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Qualifications and Requirements
