We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Restaurant Operations Coordinator to oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of our restaurant. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences while managing the team and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee the overall daily activities and operations within the restaurant *Ensure guests receive excellent service and a positive dining experience *Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally *Monitor product quality consistently and explore potential new suppliers *Manage scheduling, supervise shift activities, and coordinate team workflows *Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff *Forecast inventory needs for food, kitchen tools, and cleaning supplies to avoid shortages *Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards *Protect and enhance the restaurant’s reputation by identifying opportunities for improvement *Monitor expenses closely and implement strategies to reduce waste and control costs *Compile comprehensive financial and operational reports on a regular basis *Promote the restaurant within the local community through events and personal outreach *Suggest new ideas to expand the restaurant’s customer base and brand awareness *Provide training for both new hires and current employees focused on customer service excellence *Establish and enforce policies that support smooth and consistent restaurant operations *Understand the processes involved in catering operations *Be flexible to work early mornings, late nights, or other irregular hours as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

*Proven experience in managing restaurant operations or a similar hospitality role *Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask *Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in a food service environment *Basic financial acumen to manage costs and analyze operational reports *Knowledge of catering services and processes is a plus *Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism *Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
