The Senior Operations Manager will lead end-to-end operations for a vending machine business, overseeing warehousing, logistics, replenishment, and service teams. Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage daily storage and warehousing operations for apples and vending machines * Oversee cleaning, preparation, and replenishment of apples for vending deployment * Lead and supervise drivers, cleaners, and kitchen staff; recruit and build the team from ground-up * Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and scalability * Conduct weekly reporting on sales, orders, and operational issues * Ensure vending machines across Singapore are serviced, replenished, and performing optimally * Identify cost efficiencies, improve logistics, and prepare operations for scaling and international expansion * Work closely with leadership team on operational strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or degree in operations, logistics, or supply chain (preferred but not mandatory) * Valid driving license preferred; own vehicle is an advantage (transport allowance provided) * Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, vending, or logistics management * Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills * Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset * Experience in fresh juice vending (e.g., iJooz) is a strong advantage
