Description

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a luxury boutique hotel group in Little India. The role involves preparing and cooking Indian cuisine, supporting senior chefs in menu execution, and ensuring high-quality food production in line with hospitality standards. Responsibilities and Duties

* Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies * Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and sauces * Cook menu items in coordination with the kitchen team * Follow instructions from Executive and Head Chefs * Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of leftover food * Monitor stock and handle inventory appropriately * Ensure dishes are served in high quality and on time * Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations * Maintain professionalism and teamwork with colleagues

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 8 years of culinary experience, with strong expertise in Indian cuisine * Proven ability to work in a high-paced hospitality environment * Strong knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards * Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused * Ability to maintain quality and consistency under pressure
