MARKETING MANAGER

Description

This role manages the daily processing of orders, prepares shipping documentation, handles customer complaints, tracks returns, manages overdue payments, and oversees stock reconciliation. The position also involves general clerical duties and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication, organizational, and numerical skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Communicate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure customer specifications are met for each order. • Coordinate with production facility planners to align customer orders with production and delivery schedules. • Communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, branch customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. • Perform daily order entries accurately and efficiently. • Coordinate with delivery drivers and freight forwarders to manage delivery and shipping logistics. • Liaise with production facility packing personnel to ensure accurate and timely shipments. • Arrange transportation and prepare necessary shipping documents for all outgoing shipments. • Coordinate with customers to resolve issues related to rejected goods or returns. • Prepare customer complaint forms and arrange for product replacements or refunds as needed. • Monitor and follow up on the return of specific packaging items from customers. • Track and manage monthly overdue payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. • Monitor and control stock retention periods and conduct month-end stock reconciliation to maintain accurate inventory records. • Coordinate between different organizational branches regarding credit applications and renewals. • Perform general clerical duties, including electronic filing and compiling reports as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Effective interpersonal communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Proficiency in basic mathematics and price calculations to ensure accurate order processing and pricing. • Ability to communicate in Mandarin for seamless interaction with production facilities. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Prior experience in a similar role involving order processing, shipping, and customer service. • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including order management systems and office productivity tools. • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
