Responsibilities and Duties

- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and personnel policies across all divisions. - Develop strategies and business plans to optimize sales, margins, and manage shrinkage. - Analyze and forecast market trends to maintain competitiveness. - Execute merchandising and corporate strategies with operational excellence. - Oversee departmental inventory levels and stockholding to optimize product availability. - Provide coaching and support to build a high-performance team. - Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma in Retail, Sales & Marketing, or Business Administration. - Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in the retail industry. - Ability to manage a team of approximately 10 staff members.
