MARKETING DIRECTOR

Description

This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and product strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. This involves creating annual marketing plans, adapting to market conditions, collaborating with partners and internal teams, managing marketing budgets, and developing team capabilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop a robust annual marketing and product calendar that resonates with customers and enables the brand to achieve its budgeted targets. * Regularly review and revise marketing programs and the product range/menu to optimize them for customer preferences and current market conditions. * Develop a comprehensive understanding of in-store customer segmentation and create targeted programs to increase customer traffic. * Collaborate with retailers and strategic partners to ensure strong brand visibility and increased customer traffic. * Work effectively with the digital marketing team to integrate online and offline marketing efforts. * Ensure appropriate allocation of marketing funds to maximize return on investment (ROI) for marketing objectives. * Maintain positive working relationships with all cross-functional departments and external agencies to ensure proper implementation of marketing plans. * Develop marketing programs that meet the specific needs of franchise businesses and maximize their growth potential. * Build team capabilities to support continued business growth, identifying and addressing performance gaps to ensure the team stays on track.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in marketing and product management. * Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Experience in budget management and ROI analysis. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
