Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and email marketing. * Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. * Create and manage content for marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts. * Coordinate events, trade shows, and other promotional activities. * Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. * Maintain and update the organization's website and social media profiles. * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Prior experience in a marketing role is preferred. * Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. * Proficiency in standard office software and marketing software applications. * Proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Mandarin Chinese. * Experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic management is highly advantageous.
