Responsibilities and Duties
* Business Performance: Be responsible for the overall business performance of the restaurant. Plan, analyze sales levels, and ensure profitability. * Financial Management: Prepare financial and costing reports. Take accountability for labor and F&B costing, including inventory control and stocktaking. * Leadership & Training: Provide effective leadership to meet sales targets and service standards. Train and coach team members on customer service and product knowledge, and support their ongoing development. * Strategic Planning: Review and evaluate operations, and recommend improvements. Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and promote the brand in the community. * HR & Compliance: Handle HR matters such as recruitment, performance reviews, and grievances. Enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations. * Customer Relations: Establish a good rapport with customers and handle requests professionally and promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A Diploma in Food and Service Management or Business Management is required. * Minimum of 8 to 10 years of restaurant management work experience. * Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management. * Extensive F&B knowledge and excellent communication skills in Mandarin to liaise with business partners and international colleagues. * Comfortable working with multicultural teams and handling non-halal ingredients.
