An opportunity exists for a skilled culinary professional to contribute to a dynamic kitchen team. This role involves collaborating closely with senior chefs, leading specific kitchen sections, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. The individual will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate actively with the lead and assistant chefs on daily kitchen operations. * Direct and coordinate all food preparation and event-related activities within the assigned kitchen section. * Manage the daily operational flow of the designated kitchen area. * Prepare all menu items according to established standards, aiming to exceed customer expectations. * Consistently maintain the highest level of food production and presentation, adhering to provided guidelines and recipes. * Uphold strict hygiene, health, and safety standards within the kitchen. * Ensure accurate portion control in all food preparation. * Participate in monthly inventory checks for the restaurant. * Effectively manage multiple tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
