Responsibilities and Duties

- Lead service team in the absence of Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager - Greet and assist customers with self-ordering kiosk - Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas - Assist with food preparation and ingredient refills - Seek and record customer feedback on dishes

Qualifications and Requirements

- Basic spoken Chinese and English preferred (to liaise with a diverse team and Chinese-speaking colleagues/customers) - Passionate about customer service and hospitality - Positive, energetic, and collaborative team player - Flexible multitasker, willing to assist in different tasks - Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required - Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus (training will be provided if not certified)
