Description

We're searching for a skilled and creative culinary professional to join our team. This role involves crafting delicious meals, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and contributing to a positive dining experience. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and collaborate with a passionate team.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare ingredients according to recipes, including slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing. * Cook hot meals using various techniques like grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling, and assemble cold dishes. * Adhere to strict food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols, maintaining temperature and HACCP logs, and ensuring proper food labeling and rotation. * Collaborate with supervisors to develop daily, holiday, and themed menus. * Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, food storage, and work areas. * Complete cleaning tasks as per daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing and pot washing. * Address customer feedback and suggestions, and resolve complaints effectively. * Implement approved suggestions and escalate complex issues to supervisors. * Participate in initiatives to enhance service quality and team productivity. * Keep work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. * Develop innovative menu items and refine existing recipes. * Manage kitchen expenses, food costs, inventory, and staffing within budget constraints. * Prepare authentic North Indian cuisine. * Work flexible shifts as required. * Assist in preparing and serving meals to customers. * Supervise kitchen staff to ensure cleanliness and organization. * Enforce all food safety and health regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated ability to follow recipes and prepare a variety of dishes. * Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Experience in managing kitchen resources and staff. * Knowledge of North Indian cooking. * Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. * A passion for creating high-quality food.
