Seeking a Chef De Partie specializing in Chinese Cuisine to assist in kitchen operations, maintain food quality, and support menu development in line with hotel standards. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare all assigned recipes with attention to presentation and taste according to hotel policy - Check the quality, storage, handling, and usage of raw materials in assigned areas - Conduct training on food preparation, hygiene, and grooming standards alongside the Sous Chef - Keep Sous Chef informed about section operations, staff issues, and equipment status - Attend kitchen meetings in the absence of the Sous Chef and provide guidance to subordinates - Ensure Mise en Place is prepared according to the production plan - Assist Sous Chef in creating and developing new dishes and recipes, keeping up with market trends

Qualifications and Requirements

- Completion of GCE ‘O’ or minimum six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience - Ability to develop test recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation - Knowledge of food inventory management
