We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of both email and platform-based marketing campaigns. This role demands a balance of creativity and analytical skills to craft compelling marketing messages and ensure their effective delivery and optimization.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms (CleverTap, Hubspot, Cialfo app). Write, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice, and strategic segmentation. Oversee the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns from conception through to analysis. Analyze campaign performance and measure results, providing detailed reports and insights. Continuously optimize and test marketing campaigns to maximize reach and effectiveness. Collaborate with design teams to guide and refine marketing visuals. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in marketing campaign management, particularly with email and digital platforms. Strong understanding of copywriting, graphic design fundamentals, and content creation. Experience with analytics, SEO, and marketing campaign reporting. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
