Responsibilities and Duties

* Staff Management: Supervise, schedule, and review staff performance. Ensure the team is well-trained, motivated, and adheres to all health and safety regulations. * Food Service Operations: Oversee food preparation and serving, ensuring timely delivery and quality service. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. * Inventory Management: Order and manage food and beverage supplies, perform regular stock checks, and ensure proper storage and rotation of food items to minimize waste. * Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer service, resolve issues promptly, and promote a welcoming atmosphere. * Menu Planning: Collaborate with management on menu planning to offer variety and meet dietary requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a food service or hospitality role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities. * A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in hospitality or food safety are a plus. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks. * Basic knowledge of financial management including budgeting and inventory control. * Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
