Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in kitchen operations and food preparation activities. - Prepare and set up equipment and ingredients for the cooking process. - Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes. - Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portioning. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas. - Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards. - Minimize food waste and assist in cost control. - Support smooth kitchen operations as part of the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum secondary-level education or equivalent. - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. - Basic knowledge of food handling, preparation, and hygiene standards. - Able to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays. - Willing to work night shifts and split shifts when required. - Responsible, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
