Responsibilities and Duties

*Operational Harmony: Oversee and manage the complete spectrum of daily restaurant activities, ensuring every process runs seamlessly and efficiently. *Service Excellence: Direct and guide all facets of our service delivery, passionately working to ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding and memorable dining experience. *Quality Assurance: Diligently monitor the caliber of all food and beverage offerings, guaranteeing they consistently meet our exacting standards of excellence. *Resource Management: Expertly manage inventory levels, meticulously place supply orders, and skillfully handle all budgetary and financial aspects of operations. *Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, educate, and empower our dedicated team, including waitstaff, culinary professionals, and all other restaurant personnel, fostering a cohesive and high-performing environment. *Guest Relations: Professionally address and resolve all customer feedback, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring every interaction contributes to a positive impression. *Adaptive Support: Proactively take on any additional responsibilities or tasks as needed to support the overall operational success of the company.

Qualifications and Requirements

*A minimum of three years of hands-on experience within the Food & Beverage sector, with a strong preference for prior managerial or supervisory roles. *Demonstrated strength in leadership and exceptional interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships. *The capacity to skillfully juggle multiple responsibilities and thrive within a dynamic, fast-paced setting. *Flexibility to accommodate split shifts, as well as work during weekends and public holidays, aligning with the needs of our business. *Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a deep commitment to delivering superior customer service. *A proven ability to inspire, guide, and effectively lead a diverse team towards common goals. *A solid understanding of health and safety regulations specifically applicable to the food service industry.
