Responsibilities and Duties

*Prepare and cook food items according to set recipes and instructions from the Sous/Head Chef *Maintain food quality and timely service during peak hours *Contribute to new menu planning by incorporating culinary trends and innovative service concepts *Guide and mentor junior kitchen staff in preparation and cooking techniques *Monitor and manage food stock, orders, and inventory to reduce wastage and control costs *Ensure all food items meet presentation, quality, and portioning standards *Assist in tracking food cost, sales mix, and support efficient kitchen operations *Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in compliance with regulations *Enforce proper storage of ingredients and use of kitchen equipment *Participate in regular training to improve knowledge, skills, and compliance with health and safety procedures *Foster a respectful, organized, and safe kitchen environment

Qualifications and Requirements

*Minimum ５ years of experience in a Chef de Partie or equivalent role *Culinary diploma/certification or strong relevant work experience *Solid understanding of kitchen operations, ingredients, cooking methods, and equipment *Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain high output standards *Effective team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills *Customer-focused with attention to detail and commitment to excellence *Organized, punctual, and professional in conduct
