Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist customers with product inquiries and inform them about promotions and best-sellers - Support daily retail operations, including cash register, shipping/receiving, and stockroom duties - Maintain clean and organized store environment and build visual displays - Develop positive relationships with customers and teammates - Participate in store events and activities as required

- Effective verbal and written communication in English - Pleasant personality and professional conduct - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment - Team player, flexible, and reliable - Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
