Responsibilities and Duties

- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to maintain stock levels and displays. - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards. - Support Retail Manager in achieving sales targets and monitoring store performance. - Manage promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. - Recruit, train, and onboard retail staff; supervise team performance and scheduling. - Conduct team meetings to align staff with business goals. - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and retail management software. - Knowledge of inventory management and CRM tools. - Analytical, problem-solving mindset and familiarity with retail trends. - Multilingual proficiency preferred.
