Responsibilities and Duties

*Strategic Business Performance: Take full ownership of the restaurant's financial health and overall operational performance. *Profitability & Growth: Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and develop actionable plans to enhance profitability and optimize revenue. *Market Engagement: Plan and execute innovative marketing initiatives, including promotional events and enticing discount programs, to attract and retain customers. *Performance Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports at the close of each shift or week, covering key metrics such as staff efficiency and beverage inventory. *Departmental Development: Design and implement strategic plans for achieving departmental sales targets, profit objectives, and fostering staff professional growth. *Financial Stewardship: Establish and manage budgets, or collaborate with senior management to align on financial goals. *Operational Command: Coordinate and oversee the entire restaurant operation during your scheduled shifts, ensuring seamless service. *Standard Adherence: Ensure that all employees consistently adhere to the company's Standard *Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) and Standard Operating Sequences (S.O.S.). *Talent Cultivation: Lead the recruitment process, provide comprehensive training, and continuously motivate staff to achieve their full potential. *Excellence in Standards: Uphold the highest standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety across all areas of the restaurant. *Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels diligently and manage the ordering of all necessary supplies, particularly dry goods. *Cash Management: Prepare cash drawers accurately and manage petty cash disbursements as required. *Hands-On Support: Be prepared to actively assist in any area of the restaurant whenever circumstances demand.

Qualifications and Requirements

*A GCE O Level or equivalent qualification, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a fine dining setting, preferably as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. *At least 3 years of customer service experience in a leadership role (e.g., Assistant Manager), demonstrating the ability to effectively engage with and manage customer interactions at all levels within a restaurant environment. *Strong knowledge of restaurant operations management, understanding the intricacies of both front-of-house and back-of-house functions. *Excellent communication skills and proven team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
