F&B Executive / Service Crew Captain

Description

Lead and supervise service crew in Chinese and Japanese cuisine outlets, ensuring excellent service standards and smooth operations. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Supervise service personnel to ensure service standards are met - Monitor workflow and recommend improvements to increase efficiency - Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order communication and food delivery - Oversee cleanliness and condition of seating areas - Assist in training service staff to maintain high service standards - Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years F&B experience preferred - Candidates with any relevant F&B experience may apply - Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

Working hours

10:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Break: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, WorkDays: 5-day work week (Mondays & Tuesdays off)
