Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee assigned kitchen section/station in accordance with hotel standards and strategies - Assist in organising and setting up the kitchen section efficiently - Prepare consistent, high-quality food products for banquets and outlets - Monitor food and operating costs while managing and reducing wastage - Provide courteous, professional, and flexible service in food preparation - Ensure kitchen operations meet associate, guest, and owner expectations

Qualifications and Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Culinary or Hospitality Management preferred - Minimum 1 year experience as Chef de Partie OR 2–3 years as Demi Chef in hotels or large restaurants - Experience in luxury international brands preferred - Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and occupational health and safety standards - Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage - Experience leading diverse kitchen teams is an advantage - Basic computer skills (MS Office, Recipe Maintenance System) preferred - Able to communicate in simple spoken and written English - Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
