The Branded Retail Store Excellence Manager supports brand's B2B Branded Channel initiatives across the APAC region, ensuring consistent and on-brand retail experiences across the brand. The role partners with local business units to implement global retail strategies, elevate in-store experiences, and deliver excellence in store operations, merchandising, and customer engagement. Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver global listings, planograms, visual merchandising, and floor plan recommendations for all B2B Branded sub-channels, ensuring adherence to global standards. - Act as a key Retail Business Partner supporting APAC markets in implementing retail strategies and optimizing LEGO in-store experiences. - Serve as the liaison between APAC markets and global teams to share insights, best practices, campaign tracking, and partner performance data. - Collaborate on global initiatives that enhance brand presence and shopper engagement. - Support the LCS Partner Excellence Lead on global projects involving listings and planograms.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Solid experience in retail management or operations, preferably within B2B Branded channels. - Proven track record in visual merchandising and planogram implementation that drives customer experience and sales performance. - Strong analytical skills to derive insights from sales data, campaign tracking, and partner performance metrics. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with regional and global teams. - Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
