Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Lead, supervise, and motivate retail team members to deliver high performance. - Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service for all client interactions. - Support and coordinate store promotional events and marketing campaigns. - Plan and manage staff rosters efficiently. - Perform ad hoc duties as required by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma in any discipline. - 3–5 years of relevant experience in fashion retail, preferably in a supervisory role. - Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
