We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Crew Member to join our team in a dynamic food service environment. This role involves supporting the full cycle of kitchen operations—from food preparation and cooking to maintaining hygiene and stock organization. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we offer a supportive space to grow your culinary skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Prepare, cook, and plate dishes efficiently while ensuring visual appeal and taste *Assist in all aspects of food preparation, including garnishing and final presentation *Consistently uphold quality and taste standards for every dish served *Follow strict hygiene protocols and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas *Ensure kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations are kept in proper condition *Receive and organize incoming supplies, check freshness, and manage stock rotation *Assist with inventory control and proper food storage procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

*Positive, proactive, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn *Energetic team player with good communication skills *Prior experience in a Chinese kitchen is a plus, but not required *Committed to upholding high food safety and hygiene standards *Open to both experienced candidates and those with no prior kitchen experience *Must be able to commit to a 6-day workweek (Monday to Saturday) on rotating shifts
