Human Resource Executive

Description

Our organization is seeking a committed and energetic Human Resources Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hiring process, overseeing core HR functions, and fostering employee welfare and engagement. This position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, along with a proactive approach to human resources management.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from advertising job openings and sourcing candidates to screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. - Work in close collaboration with hiring managers to ascertain their specific staffing requirements. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and other recruitment-related databases. - Manage HR-related paperwork, including employment agreements, job specifications, and personnel records. - Ensure compliance with all applicable employment legislation and organizational guidelines in all HR procedures. - Design and execute programs to promote employee well-being, such as health and wellness initiatives, employee recognition schemes, and enhancements to the work environment. - Organize employee events, including annual dinners, team-building exercises, and holiday celebrations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Demonstrated experience in recruitment and HR operations (preferably one to three years). - Solid understanding of employment law and regulations. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with professionalism and discretion. - Competency in standard office productivity software. - Availability to work a standard five-day work week.
