Qualifications and Requirements

- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum Level 1). - Good understanding of ingredient preparation, handling, and storage. - Excellent attitude and willingness to learn; suitable for aspiring chefs eager to grow. - Prior experience in Japanese or fine dining cuisine preferred.
