We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to take charge of our kitchen operations. This role involves overseeing the full food preparation cycle, mentoring the kitchen team, crafting inventive and high-quality menu items, and maintaining top-notch hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities and Duties

*Lead and coordinate the entire food preparation process from start to finish *Review and perfect dishes before they are served to ensure optimal taste and presentation *Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff at all levels to ensure smooth kitchen flow *Design and refine menu offerings, incorporating creativity while maintaining consistency and quality *Assess stock needs and handle ordering and inventory control efficiently *Enforce compliance with all health codes, food safety regulations, and cleanliness protocols *Take full responsibility for the kitchen's adherence to hygiene and health & safety guidelines *Promote and ensure proper food hygiene practices are followed at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

*Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role *Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen workflows, and food safety standards *Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in dish presentation and quality control *Experience managing inventory, suppliers, and kitchen logistics *Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills *Deep understanding of health regulations, kitchen sanitation, and food handling requirements *Ability to perform well under pressure and during peak service hours
