Description

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Supervisor to oversee day-to-day team operations. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure work is completed efficiently, standards are maintained, and team members are motivated to perform at their best. You’ll play a key part in managing schedules, maintaining workplace safety, and delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities and Duties

*Monitor team performance and ensure all staff consistently meet job expectations *Assign tasks and provide clear direction to employees throughout the shift *Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment *Ensure all targets and timelines are met without compromising on quality *Review and approve team work hours, shifts, and attendance *Uphold high standards of service and professionalism in every customer interaction *Foster a positive and productive team culture through leadership and support *Communicate operational updates and challenges to management when necessary

Qualifications and Requirements

*At least 1–3 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory position *Excellent verbal and written communication abilities *Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy *Dependable with a high sense of responsibility and integrity *Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment *Neat, presentable, and professional demeanor *Comfortable using basic digital tools and systems (e.g., POS, spreadsheets) *Strong organizational skills and a proactive work ethic *High school diploma or equivalent required *Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
