A Guest Services Ambassador plays a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable experience for guests. The ambassador acts as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments, coordinating services and special requests. Responsibilities and Duties

* Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests. * Supervise the daily operations of the front office and guest services team. * Assist with check-in and check-out processes, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. * Coordinate the allocation of guest suites and manage housekeeping schedules effectively. * Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain high standards. * Train and develop team members to ensure adherence to the company's service excellence standards. * Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless guest experiences. * Contribute to the ongoing improvement of guest services and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in a front office or guest services position within the hospitality industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with guests and colleagues. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address guest requests and concerns. * Proficient in using hotel management and reservation systems. * Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and upholding high standards. * Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Capable of leading and motivating a team effectively
